- Develop and mentor junior practitioners on the AI Advisory practice approach
- Contribute to practice development — methodology, thought leadership, proposals
You probably
- 6+ years in management consulting, AI strategy or enterprise technology advisory
- Deep knowledge of AI governance, ethics and responsible AI frameworks
- Experience structuring and delivering to senior executive stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication — clear, precise, no jargon
- Sector experience in financial services, healthcare or technology a strong advantage

What you'll own
- Own delivery governance across 3–5 concurrent consulting engagements
- Manage client relationships and senior stakeholder communications throughout delivery
- Coordinate workstream leads, track milestones and surface risks early
- Prepare and present programme status updates to client leadership
- Ensure engagement quality standards and client satisfaction throughout delivery
You probably
- 5+ years in programme or project management within consulting or professional services
- Proven track record managing complex multi-workstream engagements
- Strong stakeholder management — comfortable presenting to C-suite
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with technology transformation programmes an advantage
